VARGAS VACATIONS – TERMS & CONDITIONS

By making a reservation with Vargas Vacations, you (“Guest”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions governing the use and occupancy of the luxury rental property (“Property”) provided by Vargas Vacations, its owner(s), entity(ies), affiliates, and property manager(s) (“We,” “Us,” “Our”).

• All reservations are considered final upon confirmation and full or partial payment.
   
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations unless under extreme or exceptional circumstances, as determined solely by Vargas Vacations.
   
• We reserve the right to cancel a reservation at any time due to circumstances beyond our control, in which case a full refund will be issued.
   

• Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
   
• Refunds, if any, are granted at our discretion and only in cases of extreme emergencies (e.g., natural disasters, verified medical emergencies).
   
• Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against unforeseen changes in plans.
   

• Guest agrees to accept full liability for any personal injury, property damage, or loss incurred during their stay.
   
• Vargas Vacations, its affiliates, property owners, and property managers shall not be held responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, illnesses, theft, loss of personal belongings, or damages sustained by Guest or any individuals accompanying Guest, regardless of cause.
   
• Guest acknowledges that use of the home, its amenities (e.g., pools, spas, fire pits), and surrounding premises is at their own risk.
   

• Guest agrees to adhere to all posted and communicated house rules, including quiet hours, occupancy limits, pet policies (if applicable), and smoking restrictions.
   
• Any breach of house rules may result in immediate termination of stay without refund and may incur additional fees.
   
• Guest shall not use the Property for any unlawful, unauthorized, or commercial activities including, but not limited to, parties, photoshoots, filming, or events, unless pre-approved in writing.
   

• Guest agrees to report any damage or issues immediately upon discovery.
   
• Guest is responsible for all damages or excessive cleaning required beyond normal wear and tear, and may be charged accordingly.
   
• A security deposit may be required prior to check-in and will be refunded, less any deductions, within [10] business days of check-out.
   

• Check-in time: 3:00 pm | Check-out time: 11:00 am
   
• Late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
   

• Vargas Vacations shall not be held liable for any failure to perform or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government restrictions, natural disasters, pandemic-related closures, or utility outages.
   

• This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any legal disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Orange County, CA.
   

By submitting payment and/or booking a stay, Guest acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
